The products identified as “Race Use Only” are for closed-course competition use only. Therefore, these products are NOT INTENDED FOR STREET USE. They do not comply with CARB/EPA laws and regulations and are not legal for highway use. As a result, "Race Use Only" products shall not be used on public roads.

ATHENA shall not have any liability whatsoever in connection with the use of the “Race Use Only” Products in violation of these restrictions.

Due to the specific operative and environmental conditions under which the “Race Use Only” Products are used in competitions, they may be subject to use under extreme conditions, which may exceed the project limits and control as set by ATHENA. ATHENA assumes no liability whatsoever for the use of "Race Use Only" Products under such extreme conditions during competitions, nor does any product liability apply in such cases.

ATHENA assumes no liability whatsoever for the client's failure to comply with ATHENA's instructions, inappropriate or incorrect installation of the products on vehicles, or improper or inadequate maintenance of the products. Product liability does not apply in such cases.

Therefore “Race Use Only” Products are excluded from any form of warranty.”
